What is the delivery policy for online orders? back to top

All online orders are for in-store pickup only. We have two locations for pickup, West Hollywood and Santa Monica. Our West Hollywood retail store is located at 8360 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90069. Our Santa Monica retail store is located at 1631 Montana Ave., Santa Monica, CA 90403.

We offer limited local delivery for an additional delivery charge. Delivery is not always available and delivery charges may be subject to change. Please call us at 323-653-7145 (West Hollywood) or 310-254-9499 (Santa Monica) if you would like to inquire about our local delivery options.

Website orders placed for pickup at our retail stores must be placed by noon, two days before the desired pickup day (i.e., Wednesday by noon for Friday pickup. If you miss the website ordering window you can always call our retail stores to check availability.

As all Sweet Lady Jane dessert creations are edible, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. However, we are always concerned that our customers receive the best possible product and we welcome your feedback.

What security measures are in place for my

Sweet Lady Jane is concerned about website security. We use (AES 256) 256-bit High-grade encryption for the transmission of all sensitive data. In order to verify that the page you are visiting is protected, look for the lock icon in the status bar of your browser (most browsers support this feature) and double click it to verify the site identity. Additionally you can look for "https://www.sweetladyjane.com" in the address bar of all our secured pages.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, and used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, and customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, and transaction information.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
