Italian Rum Wedding

Yellow butter cake lightly brushed with rum and filled with two layers of pastry cream and a center layer of European chocolate buttercream. Frosted with our vanilla buttercream and decorated with a buttercream grapevine in winter and daffodils in spring/summer...edged in toasted almonds.
