Chocolate Raspberry

Dark chocolate cake filled with a mixture of Belgian chocolate ganache, imported raspberry preserves and raspberry liqueur. Cut with a domed edge and frosted with chocolate ganache. Decorated with a buttercream art nouveau design with fresh raspberries.
