Yellow Cakes

Coconut Cake
Yellow butter cake filled with fresh pastry cream and sweetened coconut. Frosted with vanilla buttercream and coated in sweetened coconut, topped with a spray of white buttercream roses.

Dulce de Leche
Layers of yellow butter cake filled with a caramel pastry cream and covered in a pale yellow dulce de leche buttercream and decorated with a lavender floral design.

Hazelnut Mousse
Layers of yellow butter cake filled with hazelnut-chocolate mousse. Coated in chocolate buttercream. It is decorated with a purple wisteria design.

Italian Rum Wedding
Yellow butter cake brushed with sweetened rum and filled with two layers of pastry cream and a center layer of chocolate buttercream. Frosted with vanilla buttercream and decorated with a buttercream grape vine in winter and flowers in summer, and edged in toasted almonds.

Lemon Curd
Yellow butter cake filled with our English lemon curd and frosted with a light lemon buttercream. Decorated with a spray of buttercream pansies.

Orange Chiffon
Yellow butter cake filled with a blend of fresh orange curd and whipped cream. Frosted with light orange buttercream and decorated with an impressionistic buttercream orange tree.

Passion Fruit w/apricot
Yellow butter cake filled with a mixture of passion fruit pastry cream and apricot preserves. Frosted with passion fruit buttercream and painted with water color roses.

Princess Cake
Yellow butter cake layered with pastry cream and raspberry preserves. Frosted with a thin layer of vanilla buttercream and cloaked in a dome of green marzipan (almond paste). Decorated with a ribbon swag design adorned with tiny rosettes and daisies.

Raspberry Lemon
Yellow butter cake filled with two layers of English lemon curd and a center of English raspberry curd. Topped with a pale green buttercream, the sides fluted with a pale pink raspberry buttercream. Decorated with pink buttercream roses.

Seven Layer Chocolate
Thin layers of yellow butter cake are alternated with fresh chocolate buttercream. The cake is domed and coated with a poured chocolate shell, then decorated with chocolate buttercream roses.

Seven Layer Mocha
Thin layers of yellow butter cake are alternated with fresh coffee buttercream. The cake is domed and coated with a poured chocolate shell, then decorated with white buttercream roses.

Triple Berry Shortcake
Yellow butter cake filled with whipped cream and a layer of blueberries or blackberries, raspberries, and sliced strawberries. Frosted with whipped cream and decorated with buttercream vines with fresh berries (berries may vary with season).

White Chocolate Lemon
Alternating layers of yellow butter cake with white chocolate mousse and English lemon curd. Coated with white chocolate and decorated with buttercream vines and leaves.

White Chocolate Raspberry
Layers of yellow butter cake are filled with white chocolate mousse (contains gelatin that has been dissolved in rum) and fresh raspberries. Frosted with sides of fluted vanilla buttercream and topped with a mound of white chocolate curls.


Chocolate Cakes

Almond Rocca
Chocolate cake filled with fresh whipped cream, chocolate ganache, and fresh caramelized almonds. Frosted with chocolate ganache, and topped with whipped cream and a ring of caramelized almonds.

Chocolate Blackout Fudge
Chocolate cake filled and frosted with dark chocolate fudge that has been infused with espresso. Decorated with a multi color confetti design.

Chocolate Candied Orange
Chocolate cake brushed with orange liqueur and filled with a mixture of fresh candied orange (rind included) and chocolate buttercream. Frosted with chocolate buttercream and decorated with buttercream roses and a candied orange butterfly.

Chocolate Mocha Praline
Chocolate cake filled with mocha buttercream and fresh candied pecans. Cut with a domed edge and coated in poured chocolate. Decorated with chocolate filigree.

Chocolate Old Fashioned
Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and frosted with chocolate ganache, topped with a mound of imported dark chocolate curls.

Chocolate Raspberry
Chocolate cake filled with a mixture of chocolate ganache, imported raspberry preserves and raspberry liqueur. Cut with a domed edge and frosted with chocolate ganache. Decorated with a buttercream fleur-de-lis design and fresh raspberries.

Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake
Chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, fresh whipped cream, and sliced strawberries. Frosted with chocolate ganache and decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries.

German Chocolate Cake
Chocolate cake filled with a layer of each; toasted coconut in pastry cream, caramel praline (candied pecans), and chocolate ganache. Frosted with chocolate buttercream and topped with a ring of chocolate curls.

Additional Flavors
Carrot
Our 6" and 9" carrot cakes are baked in a ring form and are filled with a pecan praline-caramel filling. Frosted with a cream cheese frosting and topped with toasted coconut, then decorated with butter cream roses. Larger sizes are prepared in standard "no hole" cake pans.
Note: 6" and 9" are available with "no hole" on special order

Flourless Decadence
Semi-sweet chocolate blended with butter and eggs and baked. Covered in delicate chocolate curls.



Special Order Cakes

Bananas & Cream
Layers of banana-walnut cake are filled with fresh whipped cream and sliced bananas. Frosted with whipped cream and decorated with buttercream bunches of baby bananas and leaves. A rectangular shaped cake.

Black Forest
Layers of a special chocolate cake made with a base of ground almonds and brushed with cherry brandy are filled with fresh whipped cream and black cherry preserves. Frosted with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder.

Operetta
Seven layers of yellow butter cake alternating with mocha buttercream, milk chocolate ganache, and dark chocolate ganache. Covered in a milk chocolate glaze. A rectangular shaped cake.

Red Velvet
A light chocolate buttermilk cake, red of course, filled and covered with a rich cream cheese frosting.

It is always recommended that all cakes listed be stored in a refrigerated environment until
approximately 1 hour before serving. All cakes are best served at room temperature.
